28th November 2012 - What I am Grateful for...

1. I've saved $8 432 in rental since April when I was almost forced to move out not because of my own fault.

2. 2012 has been a banner year for me, with old records broken all over, since I started my self-employment odyssey four years ago.

3. My cash levels are still at comfortably high levels, and my health has been holding out well!
