Appreciation Journal : 1st - 22nd Dec 2019
Quite a while since I've blogged here, as I do have another physical journal where I record my joyous appreciation of all the blessings and positive aspects of my pregnant-with-potential now!
Today, I reach 37 days over the significant four thousand day rent-free mark. I choose to lean away from any occasional concern/worry about the future and to lean towards my ever-improving and growing appreciation for my powerful now.
I am at peace with where I am because it is the divinely perfect unfolding of my precious Life as it is meant to be.
Human ego chooses often to wrongly believe that the mindless pursuit of money is the most worthwhile goal in life but I release that old me with love and instead lean towards the investment of my abundance of free time into seeking inspiration from my Infinite Intelligence and all that is, for the sake of the evolution of my understanding of the highest expression of myself (where personality meets higher purpose & where flow, which is where skill rises up to meet challenge, resides).
I resolve to condition my subconscious via regulating my thoughts(choosing better-feeling thoughts) and emotions to feel into a desire-realised future and to achieve heart-brain coherence, practicing the feeling of gratitude & appreciation for that state as if it has already been achieved. I choose not to lose my free will to programs/habits that originated in my past because I choose not to live there but TO BE PRESENT! My body will follow my reformed mind into a more desirable future!!
