You have the choice to not hold yourself within the same paradigm of experience, by seeing that you're NOT what already is. You're free to create whatever is not yet here by placing your focus elsewhere. By placing your focus on a preferred state of being even while something is distracting you.' :BM

What you feel is what you choose to see; what you see is what you choose to feel. Be your preference. See only your preference. It's always a frequency of consciousness: it's a state of being. How do you wish to imagineer your creation?
...then your circumstances will have to reflect that. If you respond/see/be from your chosen frequency, regardless of external circumstances, how you would in your ideal, chosen state of being, then that state of being will spill out into your environment & it will rearrange the space-time structure of your existence.Energy responds to you. It does not have a will of its own ie circumstances cannot impose anything on you. It has no inherent meaning: it's up to you, as consciousness, to determine what life is like.'
'Lean towards Joy, no matter how 'bad' things seem. Focus on what is thriving in your life. Seek solutions rather than problems. Surrender isn't giving up, it's giving over. What matters is your comeback rate: how quickly can you come back to that surrendered state, return to that place of peace within you.
To counter -ve thoughts: 1. Notice & ask how it makes you feel 2. Forgive yourself for having that thought 3. Choose again by reaching for the next best feeling thought you can believe in. Guide yourself out of that -ve story into a story that you believe in.
Say "thank you" when something is removed because something new has to be revealed. Clearly something needs to be changed, redirected, some unresolved part of yourself needs to be established.
