'Disengage in the face of negativity(to neutrality/zero point) & stay in the positive frequency moment to moment, via emotions,thoughts & deeds to increase the probability of a positive merged 1+1 =3 outcome. Doubt causes fluctuation between the positive & negative timelines. Understand that you are in a hologram & just pull out & don't give in or give out emotion but merely observe. Staying +ve keeps us in the 5D structure, allowing us to awaken & activate  our DNA'  : MJ
