Appreciation Journal : 4th Aug 2020

'The attitude or trend of mind is a determining factor in every problem: it not only determines how & which the faculties of mind will work, but the speed with which the need will be met. 

If the mental level is kept above the 50% mark, the mind will work with the successful & prosperous side of life. If it falls below, it will act with failure & lack and will accentuate the difficulty. What the mind makes it can unmake: do not get upset when things do not turn out right. Do not expect the worst when things go wrong. Know that your mind has the power to make anything right!

Refuse to be depressed or disappointed ; give no place to worry, fear, doubt or uncertainty. When losses, misfortune & troubles come, meet them with a conviction that they are only temporary. If you're compelled to wait for your good, make sure you're growing in the meantime. When you meet conflict or inharmony, refuse to become divided in your thought. 

Know that you can change conditions & circumstances by changing your consciousness.' : RR
