'Manifestation is the act of changing your frequency(achieving resonance) to suddenly make visible to you what has always been here. Action is the grounding of the energy, to home in on the frequency that is truly representative of your preference & the highest version of yourself & thus in only coming from that frequency, eventually experience only the physical Earth parallel reality stream that is representative of that frequency.' : B

'Your grid is filling in every time with what you're inviting by your practiced vibration. There's a momentum in everything that you're giving your attention to! It's not your job to get rid of the unwanted: it's your job to tune it out of your frequency. Just tune the dial to what you DO WANT! The Universe is bringing you what you are broadcasting, what you've practiced thinking about!
