'If you can find a way to realize the existence of your desires before they have manifested, there are going to be 2 wonderful predominant aspects to your life as you're here in this physical body: 1. Many more of the things you're wanting are going to be showing up faster & 2. You're going to be happy along the way, whether they're quite here or not. Happy anticipation is a state where you're allowing the unfolding with your vibrational frequency, through your +ve expectation. Expectation = Desire + Belief. The sweet spot of life is when you find a way to be more expectant of the things you want.
The short version is : GET HAPPY & STAY THERE & good things will come to you! ' : AH
10 Steps to Shift Reality:
1.Pay Attention (where attention goes, energy flows)
2. Appreciate (acknowledge every little thing that's going well, reverence)
3.Review scientific studies(which indicate there may be no such thing as objective reality)
4.Review/Revise your assumptions
5. Energise yourself (mental, physical etc)
6.Reverse -ve Self-talk(stop obsessing over fears, practice constructive interference, tgt with +ve affirmation)
7.Feel non-locally connected(with angels etc)
8.Visualize what you desire
9. Let Go(after you focus & visualize for a short time)
10. Choose your Attitude(feel grateful, reverence & awe)
Ask : "How Good Can It Get?"
'If we are to awaken out of the trance that keeps us grim, we have to inquire what blocks the encompassing joy that's not mental: most of the time when we're not feeling that presence & aliveness, it's because we're in a trance of wanting Life different(either something's missing right now["If Only" mind] OR something's wrong). If it becomes a HABIT, we'd come to end of our lives & find that we'll have "if only"-ed it right through to the end.
1. Unconditional presence
Habits of thinking sustain the set point of happiness. To change the set point, we develop unconditional presence, absolute cooperation with the inevitable, the heart space where everything that is, is welcome, an openness to Life(trained by practicing mindful awareness: being with whatever arises moment to moment). That our life isn't dependent on things being a certain way.
2.Gladden the mind( to counter -ve bias)
Gladden the mind via spontaneous events/experiences(eg walking in nature) or gratitude. Turn joy from state into trait by pausing & feel it in the body. That gives it "stickiness" that it gets stored in our implicit memory, to install +ve states so that they becomes traits.' :TB
