 'Self-validation, self-deservability, self-worth & the expression in joy & excitement of your unique self is the key.The only real vibrational formula is : every single moment that you can, act to the best of your ability on whatever contains the highest amount of your excitement, joy, creativity & passion, taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further & do that & keep doing that no matter how it looks, no matter what form it comes in with absolutely zero assumption, insistence or expectation as to what the outcome of that action ought to be. If you do this every moment that you can, I guarantee that when you get in that flow, it'll lead you where you need to be led, you'll wind up exactly where you need to be when you need to be there with whom you need to be & it will allow an explosion of ecstatic synchronicity in your life and create the effortless & joyful experience that you all say you desire. You are using the whole basic structure of existence to support you in that +ve experience(in the same way it supported you in any -ve experience you chose to buy into as well). You are free to choose : you're so unconditionally loved & supported that you're allowed to believe that you're not loved & not supported.

Why not be supported in what you prefer to be instead of being supported in what you don't prefer?' :B

'Feelings are secondary to beliefs & definitions: you cannot have a 

feeling about anything of any kind without 1st defining that thing in some way shape or form. Once you examine the belief/definition that you're holding on to that's causing you to feel a certain(-ve) way,  & you're willing to question it & listen to the answer, you'll discover what that belief/definition is. Once you've discovered consciously a definition within you that is actually out of alignment with who you prefer to be, you'll instantly recognise that it's nonsensical, illogical & it doesn't belong to you! ' :B
