 Today, I would like to register my deep appreciation to the Universe for conspiring to help me save >$250,000 in rental & food expenses in the last 188.8 months dating back to Dec 2008! 

I have invested this capital as wisely as I was capable of in the intervening years, also birthing the Vintage Perfume Palace as an online business buying rare collectibles cheaply & re-selling them expensively, that has paid handsome dividends while allowing me to explore the world of perfumery for 3 years, a field I have been drawn to since childhood![ See Post #1]

Although I decline to take score too much nor too soon as I work towards a higher financial goal, last year saw a record $32,663 in dividends thrown off from my investing activity + my existing portfolio which equates to & perhaps exceeds the risk-free return from a million dollars!

I fully intend to maintain this streak of financial freedom as the realized earnings from the last decade handily exceed $600,000!
