Appreciation Journal :10th - 12th Nov 2019

Before I dropped off to slumber last night, I expressed my heartfelt appreciation & thankfulness for the blessing of this Life, sharpened into focus by many masters & teachers that I could access for free thanks to the internet, something I could not have done two or three decades ago!

Towards the end of my restful sleep, I awoke slightly with an insight that I imagined I was speaking to Abraham onstage and I could almost hear 'her' saying that it was the best way that anyone had said it! I write this as I endeavour to recall what the insight was:

I have to be consistently unconditional because if I lapse into conditional reacting, I won't maintain the vibration in a way that will be long & steady enough such that it will manifest in my reality.
