Appreciation Journal : 5th Mar 2020

Sold some paper Gold today(1/5 of my holdings) & made about $138 after a 7 year holding period. Moved more money into time deposits to make up for a drop in the deposit rates starting tomorrow.

Grateful that many stockmarkets are plunging and some stocks are looking positively mouthwatering and tempting me to allocate some cash to work for me!

Aisan Industry plunged ¥84 (12%) below my original cost while Isetan-Mitsukoshi shares also look interesting at only ¥686, together with Nakayama Steel, all three reaching their 2012 lows!
