' Truly, freedom comes when you are free of the story that says : " I may die" or "I am suffering from lack...of abundance, of a job, of freedom". All of these keep humans trapped in the story, in your humanity but now, as a species, as one human being, one body of humanity, you are facing this as a whole. The gift of grace is remembering that you are the light. Soak it up now! What you give out you get back - you are one field of energy in this moment. Allow that light to flush out the toxins in your system! 

Lessons come from pain. When we do not push away pain, we grow : we feel it, we allow it & evolution ensues. Negative events are a natural consequence of being in a world of duality. Yet from these arise opportunities for evolution ' : SG
