'You visualize something in your hologram then you pull back by realization that you are in a holographic matrix: that understanding will immediately subside the eg anger vibration. After that you need to subside through action your emotion to absolute zero of understanding. After that, give gratitude to the platform. Then switch from -ve emotion to +ve with understanding that you need to do it on & on (via meditation etc), increase & increase the joy of that blueprint for whatever you want to manifest/ transform. When you reach the peak, hold it as much as you can(reach the vibration signal of tears, whole body vibration). After that, you drop it, then know that you have if you saw it. Your job is to take action on daily basis as if you already have it. You're building the curvature of the actions, you are collapsing the realities & your end result will be as you wish. The more you learn, the more it becomes transparent & the curvature of the potency & your realities are becoming structural. Once they become structural in every momentum, it comes into complete structure of matter as a manifestation. Have no expectations. Who, how & where is going to pop because it's infinite probabilities & allow the collective from the modality to do its job in order to project whatever is the best for you.' :MJ
'Mindfulness offers us the possibility of being present & aware of our mind, our hearts & our bodies in the present moment, which is where we meet the possibility to create the future rather than being in the present moment languishing about the past hurt and trauma or anticipating a fear-based future that hasn't yet been created. Mindfulness is the possibility of being present in your mind thoughts, knowing the thoughts that occupy your mind moment by moment by moment and knowing which thoughts you choose to engage & which ones you can just observe & release. Mindfulness is a practice of paying attention in a particular way that leads to a greater awareness & appreciation of who you are, how you feel and where you are in the present moment.
Mindfulness is also a specific meditative practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment & accepting it without judgement or needing to change anything because as soon as something happens in our mind, we think we need to change it but mindfulness is a conscious act of tuning in and & turning within. It's also a tool of self-regulation, where we're able to regulate our attention so that it's maintained & sustained in the present moment. We spend so much time rehearsing the past or anticipating the future that we'r not present with what we're thinking & feeling right now and then it gets bottled up & then we're worried & anxious without knowing why.
Mindfulness is an experience of the present, right now, moment which brings you into a deeper awareness of what you're thinking, feeling, with some compassion that enables you to be present wherever you are without fear or anxiety or judgement.' :IV
