 'We let go wanting to change the past & we let go wanting to control the future. 

Spiritual realization comes by through contemplation. As you walk, you ask:"Who am I to myself? Who am I to the world? What is my relationship to Life? When you reverence all that is beautiful, all that is divine by virtue of its existence, then you walk about in a different state: out of that state arises a conviction of safety. If you need to know something, the Spirit will see to it that you take the action. The ego doesn't but takes the credit for it.' :DH
