'It's important to know & feel that it's going to be OK. The mind part of us is what has or has not allowed the non-physical part(consciousness) of us to express itself in physical(body). It is the gatekeeper between consciousness & body. If you believe that all you are is physical, you will be living in survival mode. Your mind is choosing what to focus on, whether it's on the higher or lower frequencies.' : AM
