Appreciation Journal : 14th May 2020
'Thinking is not who you are, it's what you do. What's present, whether you're thinking or not? Spirituality is connection with what's essential with yourself. Suffering is disconnection with well-being, with peace, with calm, your heart, caused by resistance to what is, or attachment to it : a kind of push-pull. Allow everything to be as it already is. When it happens fully, there is an incredible intimacy with what is & there's nothing that is fracturing our experience into what is preferable or not. Your true is self is always here, but the question is whether it's conscious or caught up in unconsciousness?
The pursuit of happiness leads to sorrow: the more you pursue it, the less of it that you really have. True happiness comes out of the sacred - a causeless happiness, a causeless peace, the exuding of well-being. ' :A
'Bearing witness to the trance of unworthiness is the first part of waking up.Ways to move from the trance back to wholeness:
'What may seem sometimes as life being challenging, if you keep quiet, your mind will open up & work in another way and you will begin to see the beauty, that perhaps when you are in, so-called, a better situation, you would not have been appreciating the much subtler, much more refined way of consciousness.' :M
'Acknowledge your negative thoughts & let them go and then turn the volume & noise down on your limiting beliefs: what would open open up for you & what would be possible? Unlimited possibilities, no speed limit!' :KH
'Freedom is consciousness watching the story but yet not separate from it. I am still I but enriched by the story, not terrorized by the story.' :G

- See the stories/beliefs & be able to step back/out of the cloud
- Connect with the waves of living experience & really feel our feelings
- Regard the whole process with gentleness/kindness
