Appreciation Journal : 6th May 2020
'Just give your attention to consciousness, and then from that attention, with that question "What am I really?", there comes that shift, that just happens. All of a sudden, there's this realization: this consciousness, this awareness, this presence, this stillness is what I am, not something I'm looking into or grasp: it's actually the essence of my being. That shift.' :A
