Appreciation Journal :21st June 2020

'Motivation mechanism: You always choose in the direction of what you believe benefits you(more than the alternative).You always move away from what you believe does not benefit you. If you're not letting go & moving in the direction you would prefer to, that can only mean that you have a belief attached to staying where you are that makes staying where you are appear more beneficial than where it is you prefer to go - you need to find out what that belief is & that usually translates as : if you do let go, you're afraid that something will happen that you don't prefer to have happen.

The 'negative' usually goes away when you are willing to validate it as having a reason to be there, that serves you, instead of assuming that just because something unexpected happens, something went wrong. Nothing has built-in negative meaning. Be aware of your definitions! It doesn't matter what happens, it's what you do with what happens that matters.

The more you live in the moment, the more you accelerate your vibration, the less you age. ' : B
