1. Engage in experiences that give you greater control(even if you have to do it badly:don't aim for perfection & never end up doing anything.Doing it badly frees us up to take action & you can improve as you go along)
2. Forgive yourself: start being kinder to, & supporting yourself. Forgive yourself for mistakes made in the past or recently.
3. Having a purpose & meaning in life. For people who think there's nothing to live for & nothing more to expect from life, they need to realize that Life is still expecting something from them. You'll know the 'why' for your existence & will be be able to bear almost any 'how'
