'There needs to be a mental understanding of what victim orientation is & how we actually have a choice in victim orientation. Someone might lie to us but we have a choice to be a victim of it or not: if we choose to be a victim & to go into blame, we're choosing to suffer.
It's just what is:neither good nor bad nor right nor wrong. Just what is & then deal with it(acceptance).
Watch your own mind & see how you try to control through resistance. See how it brings you suffering & you don't have to do that: we can still be effective in the material world without resistance, by being open. It's just our primal programming for survival that has us close & go into resistance. If you practice acceptance & 'let go', you're moving towards trust, towards unconditional surrender, towards higher consciousness & towards enlightenment. Enlightenment = Awareness aware of itself, beingness aware of itself & in that, the mind shuts up. Unconditional surrender is the defeat of the survival mechanism: it's a death of the thing that's trying to survive. Having complete trust = Stop trying to survive. Let go & let God.
Every doubt is worthy. Challenge all beliefs: every belief should be undone. You want to get free? Undo all your beliefs. All of your thinking is a result of programming that was put inside of you, externally. Trust only that which is from direct experience. ' :V
' When you breath in & bring your mind home to your body, you are established in the present moment & you notice there are so many refreshing & healing elements available in the present moment. There are so many conditions of happiness available in the present moment. With that awareness, to generate the feeling of joy & happiness is very easy.
When you encounter emotional pain/suffering in the present moment, don't run away into the past or future because the relief won't last. Stay in the moment. Look deeply into the nature of your suffering. If you know how to practice mindful breathing or mindful walking, you're generating the energy of mindfulness, which helps you to be strong enough to recognize & counter the pain & embrace it tenderly: in a few minutes you can calm it down. Getting in touch with the suffering brings about understanding of suffering & the energy of understanding & compassion has the power to heal.' :TNH
