'What goal is worthy of my soul?
1. What difference do I want to make before I leave the planet
2. What goal is worthy of that?
3. What does it feel like?
As you ask 1. you will be breathed through by the Universal presence & thoughts will begin to emerge within you that you're obtaining from the Mind of the Infinte. ' :MB
'95% of the time, it's through pain that we wake up: when we see the invalidity of our efforts & our control. When, paradoxically, we move into being, we're in full control without controlling' :BH
'Your thoughts & words are powerful so you really don't want to waste your current thoughts to continue to create your future from the garbage of the past. We learn to consciously choose rather than simply react. You can choose to practice thinking thoughts that create a +ve today & tomorrow.' :LH
'What are you holding onto? What are you blocking? These questions works in two directions, releasing the past and releasing limitations for the future.
The story that you're running, is just a retelling of the situation or event.
Release is about not being attached to the past, it’s being in allowance, realising the past has gone and can not be changed.
The more important question is, ‘What did you learn from it and how can you use that to your advantage moving forward?’
Start by releasing that stuck energy with forgiveness. Forgiveness for yourself/others/situation. If you don't see it as a problem or need to release, then you won’t.
There is no good or bad, it's all just energy. With a shift in thinking and focus, you can see the opportunities around you and when you let go of expected outcomes, being in a state of open to receiving, you can release the tunnel vision and blockages you create.' :RP'When they feel that elevated emotion, they've taken their body out of the past into the present moment & now the body all of a sudden recalibrates & if the quotient of their excitement for their new life & future, the emotional quotient of their dream is greater than the betrayal or the shock or the trauma, there's immediate reorganisation in the brain & an immediate emotional change in the body & now the person looks back @ the past & they say " I don't want to change anything in the past because all of that brought me to this moment" & that's the moment the past no longer exists. In one instant, one inner experience from the meditative process, begins to change everything about the way they see their past: they're seeing it from a greater level of consciousness, from a place of love. They see that that all had to happen: it makes sense to get to this point & now they're no longer victimised by their dis-ease nor their past. They're in a new state of being, the dis-ease/trauma exists in somebody else because they've just become somebody different':DJD
