'Learn to be Love. Learn to transform your thinking by shifting your attention to quietude instead of dancing with heavier emotions & thoughts. It takes practice but the results will be so fulfilling, and you won't have drained yourself by all of the fears & agitated thoughts. Instead you will nurture yourself & others around you through peace. In that state, inspiration comes & guides you in a perfect way. The solution to the problem: GO WITHIN' Change to a different channel! Let yourself be filled with love & joy. Let peace emanate from your being. Allow yourself to simply be love' : Archangel Sophia
' Strategies for coping during these times:
1. Good rest( deep rest in sleep & restful alertness in meditation)
2. Mind-body coordination(understanding our body as a field of energy & information & as a modified expression of consciousness ; getting in touch with body via intention - joyful energetic body, loving compassionate hear, reflective alert mind, lightness of being)
3. Reinventing the body (changing perception of it as material entity, but more as energy, information & consciousness via awareness)
4. Cultivating love, compassion, joy,equanimity as the highest intelligence
5. Enhancing flexibility,resilience ( to not be rigidly attached to personal narrative,cultivating love as the highest intelligence )
6. Nutrition

'Keep a part of your awareness consciously in the space of knowing who you truly are.There is an enormous vast realm that has no ending if you go within. Stay open & flexible in facing your individual tests. You are given the golden opportunity to go within & not dance in the world. What do you do with the circumstances is what's important. Contemplate what there is in this moment that I can learn from this experience.
