'To the degree that you flow with the changes & the shifts, even though personally you may not like them, to that degree you'll remain peaceful. To the degree that you separate yourself in anger, looking at them with judgement, you will contract. Anger is a state of contraction & judgement is a state within the ego. Meditate. Go within & contemplate: let yourself consider the states that you have had during the day - the states of joy & love - & how they made you feel vs. the states of anger, the thoughts of judgement, the pain of watching others suffer. How did those states make you feel & what can you learn from each of them? You are divine beings that have forgotten who you are: you have put on the robes of ego & that has failed your awareness' : Archangel Michael
'Move into a new state by firing & wiring thoughts reinforced by intention & attention, thus installing neurological hardware; repetition creates software which makes thought like "I can!" automatic. Elevating your emotions & practicing that & familiarize yourself with it. Literally change by moving from a familiar past into a new future. Shave down habits, overcome those -ve emotional states & reactions and become conscious. Execute a will that's greater than the program. Matter cannot change matter but energy can change matter. Learn how to change information in the field, then the hologram & 3D reality begins to change.' DJD

'Suspend critical judgement & imagine yourself vividly in the position you would like to be. The rest of the time, consciously make an effort to control your attitude when you find yourself thinking in terms of want or poverty. Then switch your thoughts to ideas of plenty; this need not involve hypocrisy: you must feel that this is legitimate & practical because the thoughts of plenty will automatically begin to attract plenty. Your attitude causes the circumstances: your own worries cause difficulties. ':S
