'The only way to heal the wounds of the past ultimately is the forgive them and let them go. Our internal state determines our experience of our Life; Our experiences do not determine our internal state. Our goal in any situation becomes inner peace.Crucifixion = the energy pattern of fear. It represents the limited negative thinking of the ego & how it always seeks to limit, contradict or invalidate love. The term Resurrection means the energy pattern of love, which transcends fear & replaces it. God is like electricity...and we are his lamps. It doesn't matter the size, shape, design of a lamp : all that matters is that it gets plugged in. Lamps without electricity cast no light & electricity without lamps cast no light either; together however, they cast out all darkness.' : CiM
'The person who is caught in the net of becoming wastes his whole life, dies unfulfilled, in tremendous despair because he can see that the whole life was there for him to live but because of his desire to become something, someone, he sacrificed all that was freely available to him. Drop becoming anybody else...suddenly you will find that you are who you are. Live it, joyously, without any guilt! Existence wanted you to be what you are, it never duplicates, never makes anybody similar to somebody else. This is the beauty & glory of existence. This is a blessing that nobody like you has ever existed & will ever exist again: you are simply unique! Don't waste this uniqueness in running after some goal, some shadow. It is so beautiful, so joyous to be ordinary! There is nowhere to go. This very moment you are what existence wanted you to be - don't miss it, enjoy it!' :O
'As you release your history through forgiveness, you literally became more vertical, more timeless, more light-filled, less dense. We have the power to resurrect from any crisis, from anything that's taking our power, we can rise above whatever is happening in the matter world. The illusion is that this crisis is not defeatable. There is a power within to reach the realm of grace. ' : CM
'Have greater clarity as to your true position, rather than the limited position you usually accept. Fear will engulf your self-image(the idea you think of as yourself) Some conditioning has placed your identity there. You're merely watching this "play" on the screen of consciousness.Fear is the sensation reaction when you identify as the "person".All that is feeling, thoughts, imagination & identity playing in front of the consciousness. Gratitude, positivity & faith are great "medications" against the virus of fear, stress, impatience, anger & frustration. Be in an attitude of thankfulness(for life, existence, difficulty compelling us to go deeper, consciousness, challenges that you have shown me I can overcome etc)' :M
'Fear comes from a sense of separateness. Instead of reacting to each fear specifically, you work on the other part of you, which is the feeling of your connectedness to all things & let the fear manifest as it manifests. Then cultivate an ability to just notice it. Fear is a natural part of your separateness. Even as you get frightened, you recognise that it's really just a trip your head is laying on you. Meditative practice is learning how to extricate yourself from the web of thought forms(fear) that are creating your own suffering. As you keep learning how to extricate awareness from identifying with thought, you begin to see them arise, exist, pass away - "Ah, there's a fear - it comes & goes!"It's important that one acknowledges one's fear, to allow it, to give it space. There are ways of allowing your humanity fully, including the fear because part of it is witnessing it, noticing it, allowing it, giving it space, letting it be your humanity & letting it come & go.
